I did as suggested it improved slightly; however, they’re not exactly reliable. if you suspect anything, you have to definitely check them. it doesn’t pick up all motion either.

Terrible app, hard to use, and has awful playback quality. When viewing recordings, it will flick between channels 20 times a second, or flick between SD and HD quality 20 times a second. Viewing the same recordings on the device itself or on iOS plays perfectly.
The issue is with the Android app entirely. Update: 27/05/22 on hold with Swann for several hours to just be told “I don’t why it’s doing that” by the “IT department”. The issue is just the Android app and the call center can’t seem to grasp that.
